HOW IS MY AUTO TRANSPORT RATE CALCULATED?

Your rate is calculated based on the mileage, price of diesel, size of vehicle and the popularity of the route it self. When you request an auto transport rate quote online, it only requires a limited amount of information. It helps to give you a rough idea of cost. It is a computer generated rate quote, it's not exact So it is best to speak with a qualified specialist to determine the actual cost of shipping, as we can look at the route and give you a more precise rate to ship your vehicle. HOW DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

We have a wide range of payment options available to fit all of our customers needs. The preferred method would be (COD) cash, certified check or money order paid to the carrier upon delivery of your vehicle. With a small portion of your total going to a credit or debit card that you put on file upon booking. Should you need to make payment up front by a company check or by credit or debit card we can do that as well. If you have any questions regarding payment, you can speak to one of our qualified specialist who can answer all of those questions.

WHEN SHOULD I & WHAT IS NEEDED TO BOOK?

You can set up your reservation as far in advance as you would like as there is no up front cost to ship. There are many factors that determine rates for shipping a vehicle, so to ensure their is no change in rate we recommend booking about 2-3 weeks prior to your first available ship date. To make a booking we just need the following: the pick up address, drop off address, and contact information for both as well as a credit or debit card to put on file. No charge is assed to that card until we confirm a qualified carrier to transport your vehicle. Don't have an exact address, no problem! We can also use a nearby shopping center, truck stop or hotel. Speak to one of our account specialist if you have any additional questions.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY BOOKING?

Yes! When you set up your booking it is in essence a reservation, nothing is set in stone until we have secured a carrier to transport your vehicle. We understand that things change and that our customers may need to make changes to their shipping dates as well as addresses or contacts. Keep in mind this is within reason. Should you need to change locations or change the vehicle needing to be shipped please speak with you account specialist to ensure no rate changes will occur.

CAN I LOAD PERSONAL ITEMS INSIDE MY VEHICLE?

While most auto transport carriers understand it is convenient to load some personal items inside your vehicle and many don't mind if a customer does so. Ultimately it is at the discretion of the carrier that is assigned to your load. A good rule of thumb is nothing more than a 100 pounds, start in the trunk of the vehicle and nothing above the window line as to impede the carriers view. Your account specialist can discuss with you further if you have any additional questions regarding personal items

WHAT TYPE OF TRUCK WILL MY VEHICLE BE TRANSPORTED ON?

Though we have a number of different options available for you auto shipping needs. Most customers opt to ship on an  open carrier. Most open carriers can hold between 6-10 cars on one truck. We also have enclosed carrier options and options for specialty loads such as lowboy, flat bed carriers. Speak to you account specialist to discuss what option would be the best fit for you.
